Terms of Service

The following activities are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by management.

1.1 Player Accounts

• Account Jumping: Switching between multiple profiles on the same device to bypass court time restrictions.
• Credential Sharing: Providing login details or 2FA codes to third parties to facilitate unauthorized access to member rates.
• Automated Scripting: Using any software, browser extension, or "bot" to automate the booking process or gain an unfair timing advantage.
• Identity Fraud: Creating additional alias player accounts or "bogus" profiles to book courts or bypass account limits.

1.2 Equipment and Accessories

• Prohibited Equipment: The use of tennis ball baskets, ball tubes, ball machines, and portable sound systems is strictly prohibited.
• Ball Limit: To ensure courts remain for recreational use only, a maximum of eight (8) tennis balls is allowed on court per booking.
• Mandatory Removal of Accessories: Our facilities are a shared community resource. Any item or waste brought onto the court must be removed by the participant upon completion of their session. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Ball can lids and empty ball cans.
• Used overgrips and discarded racquet strings.
• Tape and medical bandages.
• Safety & Comfort: Whatever a participant brings onto the court must be removed by that participant to ensure the safety and comfort of the following players.

1.3 Coaching, Socials, Events

• Unauthorised Event Hosting & Coaching: The use of our facilities for hosting events, programs, or coaching is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from management. This applies regardless of whether a fee is charged or if the activity is described as a "social" or "voluntary" hit.
• Personal Use Only: All bookings are strictly for personal, recreational use between individuals. Any booking used to facilitate organised play involving the collection of fees from participants is a violation of these terms.
• Accountability: CCT reserves the right to immediately remove special discounted rates, apply commercial rate corrections retrospectively, or revoke booking privileges for any breach of these terms.
