  • Memberships are strictly for individual, recreational use only and are non-transferable.
  • Memberships absolutely cannot be used by external commercial coaches or for hosting unauthorized coaching, hitting sessions, or social programs.
  • In alignment with our Terms of Service, any breach may result in immediate membership cancellation and a permanent booking ban.

  • Advantage Membership: Valid for 12 months from the exact date of purchase.
  • Baseline Membership: Valid on an annual seasonal cycle, expiring strictly on 30 June each calendar year.
  • UTS Advantage: Strictly reserved for current UTS students and staff. Must be purchased via ActivateUTS; please allow up to 72 hours for cross-platform system activation.
  • Parent Benefit: Active Advantage Members receive discounted school term and holiday sport programs for their children. Simply register your dependents (under 18) under your master account profile.
  • Booking Alerts: Members will receive advanced email updates detailing the exact day and time booking sheets open for the following month.
  • Governing Bodies: Direct Tennis Australia and Tennis NSW member benefits, player rankings tracking, and legal insurance coverage structures are subject to change without notice.
