▼ Membership Terms & Conditions

Memberships are strictly for individual, recreational use only and are non-transferable.
Memberships absolutely cannot be used by external commercial coaches or for hosting unauthorised coaching, hitting sessions, or social programs.
In alignment with our Terms of Service, any breach may result in immediate membership cancellation and a permanent booking ban.

Complete Membership Tiers & Rules:

Advantage Membership: Valid for 12 months from the exact date of purchase.
Baseline Membership: Valid on an annual seasonal cycle, expiring strictly on 30 June each calendar year.
UTS Advantage: Strictly reserved for current UTS students and staff. Must be purchased via ActivateUTS; please allow up to 72 hours for cross-platform system activation.
Parent Benefit: Active Advantage Members receive discounted school term and holiday sport programs for their children. Simply register your dependents (under 18) under your master account profile.
Booking Alerts: Members will receive advanced email updates detailing the exact day and time booking sheets open for the following month.
Governing Bodies: Direct Tennis Australia and Tennis NSW member benefits, player rankings tracking, and legal insurance coverage structures are subject to change without notice.

On Table
Table tennis bookings can only be made online. Click the button below to complete your booking. Table hire is strictly limited to a maximum of two hours per booking. A maximum of 4 players is allowed per table at any time. Equipment Included: Your booking fee fully includes the use of table tennis bats and balls.

Payment Structure: Table tennis sessions operate on a strict pre-payment only structure via the online booking portal.
Cancellation Policy: A strict 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change your booking to receive an account credit. There are no refunds.
Hours of Operation: Facility opening hours are subject to change without notice. On public holidays, please ensure to check the holiday opening times here before your arrival.
Showers & Change Rooms: Showers and player changing facilities are strictly accessible during staffed office hours only.
