Prohibited on court and in any part of facilities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on City Community Tennis courts and in any part of the facilities unless expressly authorised in writing by CCT management.
1.1 Unauthorised Activity Policy
- Account Jumping: Switching between multiple profiles on the same device to bypass court time restrictions.
- Credential Sharing: Providing login details or 2FA codes to third parties to facilitate unauthorized access to member rates.
- Automated Scripting: Using any software, browser extension, or "bot" to automate the booking process or gain an unfair timing advantage.
- Unauthorised Event Hosting & Coaching: The use of our facilities for hosting events, programs, or coaching is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from CCT. This applies regardless of whether a fee is charged or if the activity is described as a "social" or "voluntary" hit.
- Personal Use Only: All bookings are strictly for personal, recreational use between individuals. Any booking used to facilitate organised play involving the collection of fees from participants is a violation of these terms.
- Creating additional (alias) player accounts/profiles to book courts.
- Accountability: CCT reserves the right to immediately remove special discounted rates or revoke booking privileges.
1.2 Equipment and Accessories Policy
- Prohibited Coaching Equipment: Coaching baskets, ball tubes, ball machines and sound systems are prohibited.
- Ball Limit: A maximum of eight (8) tennis balls is allowed on court per booking.
- Mandatory Removal of Accessories: Any item or waste brought onto the court for the purpose of play must be removed by the player when they leave. This includes ball can lids, empty ball cans, used overgrips, broken or discarded racquet strings/pieces, tape, and medical bandages. Whatever a player brings onto the court, that player must remove from the court for the comfort and safety of all players.
