Casual Court Hire Booking Terms COVID-19
The NSW Department of Health may require player details for COVID-19 contact tracing at sporting facilities. It is your responsibility and duty of care to enter playing partner(s) details correctly below. If you do not have all the details at this time do not book a court(s). If you have multiple playing partners on different days you will need to book and pay for each booking separately.
IMPORTANT: Please inform your playing partner(s) they will receive an email from dev@citycommunitytennis.com.au which needs to be agreed to ensure your booking goes ahead. Your playing partner(s) will only need to agree to the COVID-19 Player Safety Agreement one time unless there are changes changes to the Player Safety Agreement. Check with your playing partners that they have received and agreed to the COVID-19 Player Safety Agreement at least one hour before your booking commences. By entering incorrect details your booking may be cancelled. (do not enter a players work email as these tend to bounce)
