We are having a winter recess for Monday and Tuesday night comps and are running other social tennis events for the cooler months which you could be welcome to join.
If you are interested in the new September Spring weeknight comps, or the interim weeknight social tennis events, please visit Ben at the club in Prince Alfred Park or phone him on 9698 9451, any evenings (except for Wednesday).
We currently run two weeknight competitions (details below), which are played at our courts in Prince Alfred Park, Surry Hills. Both competitions usually consist of 7 rounds (5 round robin, one semi-finals night and one finals night), however they are often take longer to complete due to the odd washout. You must be able to commit to the entire duration of the competition, give or take the odd night you may need to miss due to illness or other commitments. Each round of the competition you will play two doubles sets and one set of singles.

Q: Do I have to wait for a new competition to commence playing?
A: Sometimes there is a wait list to get involved in the competitions or a competition has already commenced. In these situations we can still try to get you involved by adding you to our reserves list. If a regular player cannot make a round of the competition, we will ask players from the reserve list to fill in for the night. The cost to reserve is $10 per match. This is also a good way to play competition tennis if you have a really busy schedule and cannot commit to a whole competition.
