Membership Class Discounts

Parent Advantage members receive 25% off the standard class fee for all classes booked in a term. This gives you additional savings when siblings attend classes or a child is attending more than one class a week. It's possible train up to 4 hours per week for less than the cost of a one hour private lesson.

Can I join later during the term?

Yes. The system will pro-rata the enrolment fee for you. However, please note that the class capacity is limited, so the earlier you book the better chance you have to secure a spot in a class that you want! If the class you want to book is full, you have an option to add yourself to the wait-list. If there are enough children on the wait-list, we will try to organise a new class for that time. Please note we will not pro-rata the term fee if you wish to secure your child's place in the term but may miss the first, second or third weeks.

Cancellation policy

Credits are issued for wet weather or if we need to cancel a class.

  • In instances where a class does not go ahead due to low enrolments a refund will be issued if another class is not available/suitable
  • Where a class has 1 or 2 students enrolled for a term, wet weather credits are not issued as this is considered a private lesson
  • Credits and refunds are not issued if a child is absent from class
  • Active Kids vouchers cannot be credited or refunded

Missed a Class?

We don't do make up classes or issue refunds or credits if your children are absent from a class, however we do provided a feature that allows you to record a child absent from a class up to two times per term (non transferable between terms). This special online feature is self service only, please do not call the office as staff will not be able to assist you. The system will search for classes that are not fully booked at your child's player level which you can register for. Please be aware classes are subject to availability: there may be no available classes, or, available classes may be at a different location, day, month and time which may not suit your schedule. • age will be considered but does not determine their class
  • may be advanced by a CCT coach to a more suitable stage/level based on their skill

Please note that not all students progress to the Squad level in a stage. This is for students who are interested in further advancing their skills for competition/tournament tennis.
