Vinyasa Yoga is a gentle way to focus on wellbeing and healing. You’ll learn how to combine breathing techniques with a range of yoga postures to release built up stress and tension. This class also includes yoga nidra-conscious relaxation/guided meditation to help you slow down, centre and realign from within.
