Eastern Suburbs Tennis Association Sunday morning Inter-Club Competition

If you are interested in inter-club competition on a Sunday morning Jensen’s enters teams in the Eastern Suburbs Tennis Association (ESTA) Competition throughout the year: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter Competitions which are played over a 12 week period including Semis & Finals.

• Q. How many competitions are held throughout the year? – Answer. 4 Seasonal Competitions
• Q. Do I need to become a member? A. Yes, all members are registered with Tennis NSW.
• Q. How many Divisions are there? It can change depending on how many teams are fielded in each competition.
• Q. How many weeks does the competition run for? – 12 weeks for qualifying rounds, Semi’s & Finals.
• Q. What time do I play? A. 08:00-10.00 or 10:00-12:00.
• Q. How many players are in a team? A. At least 2 players, however for Jensen’s Teams, we include up to 4 players (this allows for team reserves over the course of the competition)
• Q. How much does it cost to enter? A. Entry Fee quoted is per person. Includes Tennis Balls and Court Hire – $94.00
• Q. How many Away and Home matches are there? A. 5 away and 5 at home. (Semis & Finals are played at the ESTA in Coogee)
• Q. What standard do I need to be to participate? A. The minimum standard required to participate in a team is ITN 6.
