Join Louise Eddy as she leads you through simple breathing and meditation techniques to reduce tension and clear the mind of chatter and negative thoughts.

Your regular practise of meditation will assist you to reduce the harmful effects of stress on your body and support you to remain peaceful and calm even during the most challenging or demanding times.
